If you invested a lot of money in your Coach purse collection, you will probably want to to protect it!
The best way to do that is with the use of a Coach Purse Dust Cover. However, if your bag did not come with one, or if you don't want to spend the money for a high end cover, but still want the benefits, there is a great alternative to consider.
I did some searching about on Amazon and found a company that makes a GREAT product. The Mia Cotone dust cover. They come in a fabulous array of colors- pink, blue, white, black, brown.. well you get the idea- they have TONS of colors.
You can color code by season, by brand, or by matching the bags themselves. Your closet is going to look organized, and when you want to get a new bag out, it will not be a hassle to get the bag you want quickly.
If you have 10 black bags (I mean who doesn't?) they also have tags that you can write on to distinguish one black bag from another, easily!
The bags are zippered for quick access and they are also a great size that should accommodate most bags very easily. 24"W X 20"H is perfect!
The bags are made of 7 ounce cotton. Why not use plastic bags? UGH! Your bags may collect moisture and cause damage. Plus, I have found that anything I ever stored in a plastic bag ends up with a smell.. that is fine if the item is washable like a blanket, but not so much for a fine handbag.
A cotton bag will keep your Coach purse clean, and still protect it from dust and such.
You spent a lot on those Coach bags, now go protect them!

Ladies, I drool over this bag..it is so treehuggery to me... how about you?
I can see myself with this bag, hanging with my pals doing what not. Exciting.
What is not exciting to me is the price! OMG- I have seen it for 800-900 online. This is definitely out of my handbag budget for awhile. Perhaps we can look to see if there is an alternative that will give me the same feel as this? Hmmmm...

Okay- a quick search of my favorite place to shop turned up this awesome little bag-
I adore this.. it gives me all sorts of Halloween options as well!
This is a little more high end and I am loving this look!
Ok- I love Minnetonka- so this one may be the one for me.. the perfect combo of fringe and the stitching on top make me say ohhhhlalala.
It may not be the Dakotah Coach bag, but it is a nice alternative to meet the style without killing my budget!

I love to have big Coach purses.
Frankly, if you are going to spend the cash, you might as well have a big statement to go along with it.
Some of these have very large storage areas. It allows you to keep so many things in your bag!
What do I keep in my big purses? Well, since I have a toddler, I find that the big purse has become my second diaper bag. Not to keep diapers usually, but to keep all the little odds and ends that keep a toddler happy and entertained while we are away from home.
Things that I find today:
- Pacifiers * more than one of course in case they get dropped
- Nutrigrain bars, which she goes through like crazy
- Candy- hey, don't we all?
- A wallet
- Keys, a bunch of keys, some which go to nothing at all
- A handful of paint swatches to entertain a toddler
- Receipts
- Loose change
- Pencils, pens and crayons
- 5-6 chapsticks (some don't even have anything left)
- Straw wrappers
- Pecans (don't ask)
- Pencil lead
- Flashlights (more than one of course)
- Crumpled up coupons
- Crumpled up shopping lists
- Phone
- Toddler phone
- Random hair clips and combs
- Misc. toys
- Walnuts (yea)
- Baby food pouch
- Water
- Almond milk container
- Empty food container
- Dates that used to be in the food container
The bottom line on this is that I need a big purse. I also advise you not to stick your hand into my big Coach purses at any time. Consider yourself heartily warned. YUCK!
